Let's not wait another minute to feel good about ourselves. Remember the activities we used to be able to do when we were younger and more flexible? Balance & mobility loss can be corrected.  It is never too late to become more independent & confident in our own abilities. We now find it more difficult & challenging to feel safe doing the things we love to do, as well as, the simple everyday tasks.

I am a highly trained Certified Personal Trainer with more than 18 years of expert experience. My accreditations include: The American Council on Exercise (ACE) the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) & Can-Fit-Pro (Fitness Specialist). I hold specialty certifications in, Lifestyle Fitness Coaching, Exercise for Special Populations, Longevity Wellness Specialist, Improving Balance for Older Adults & Exercise and Arthritis.  I also work with amputees to help give them their confidence & independence back.

I am able to educate and guide you as you pursue a more uplifting, energizing lifestyle that has you feeling better all around.

The commercial ads that inundate us on an everyday basis make it difficult to decide the correct & most efficient ways to manage this new and improved lifestyle. A good understanding of how food & exercise management work, will help with the choices needed to live a more productive & enjoyable lifestyle. You don?t need to spend a lot to get a lot.
